Here at No Norm, we are on a mission to help everyone realize there's "no normal" box you have to fit into! So many of us spend so much time worrying or feeling ashamed or trying so hard to conform to what we believe "normal" is. We are here to show you that whoever you are is always enough and we hope you can embrace the things that make you special and unique. Struggling with mental health is nothing to be ashamed of and we want to de-stigmatize the thoughts and ideas around therapy.
